Woodturner Lathe Bowl on Cafe Table Jakarta

Diffuse midday light bounces off pale walls to illuminate a wooden lathe and a half-turned bowl resting on a cafe table. The overhead view reveals the grain of the timber and the smooth curve of the bowl under soft, indirect illumination. Quiet shadows stretch along the edges of the room where the light fails to reach. Metal components of the lathe catch subtle highlights against the warm, earthy tones of the wood. A faint scratch on the table surface lies near the edge of the bowl. The wet season context appears in the stillness of the light settling without harsh glare. Pale walls surround the space, reflecting the soft midday illumination that creates quiet, elongated shadows along the edges.
