Wooden Dibber in Seville

A small wooden dibber rests vertically in a terracotta pot filled with dry soil on a sunlit balcony in Seville during winter. The rough wood grain of the handle contrasts with the cracked, dusty earth that fills the shallow container. Behind the gardening tool, a white stucco wall shows subtle texture from the bright noon light. A few dry twigs lie scattered on the rim of the pot alongside the tool. The shadow of the dibber falls sharply across the soil, indicating the high angle of the sun.
