Winter Magnolia Bloom in Orange Light in near Seeb

Winter Magnolia Bloom in Orange Light

by Jameson Adams

Soft orange light from the setting sun illuminates a solitary magnolia bloom just opening against a backdrop of falling snow. The pale pink petals stand out vividly against the muted, wintry tones of the landscape near Seeb. Snowflakes drift downward, catching the low-angle glow as they land on the smooth, waxy surface of the flower. Behind the bloom, layers of bare trees and distant hills fade into the twilight, showing deep space. The ground is covered in a thin layer of white, reflecting the warm hues of the sky. A few snowflakes rest delicately on the edges of the petals, highlighting their fragile texture.
