White Porcelain Bowl in Delhi

A small blue and white porcelain bowl sits on a wet concrete ledge outside a Delhi shop during the dusk rain. Condensation beads on the glazed rim while blurred street lights reflect in the shallow water pooling inside. Raindrops ripple the surface, distorting the reflection of the warm yellow bulb hanging just above the bowl. The crisp cobalt pattern of the ceramic contrasts sharply with the grey, wet surroundings.
