Wet Concrete Floor Reflecting Strip Lights Christchurch

Soft overcast daylight falls across the wet concrete floor of an olive press near Christchurch, merging with the glow of overhead strip lights. Rust-colored oil stains mark the ground beside drainage channels, while metal railings and heavy machinery legs create strong leading lines drawing toward the back of the room. Early autumn shadows stretch long and soft across the tiles. A puddle near the center holds a distorted reflection of the overhead fixtures. Tools rest against the wall at the edge of the light, their handles casting faint dark shapes on the damp surface.
