Surreal Mirror Chair with Wrong Shadows

White LED strips illuminate a chrome booster seat standing alone in a Thrissur beauty supply aisle. The metal frame gleams under the cool glow of overhead fixtures, while warm string lights drape across the background shelves. Condensation beads along the edge of a nearby glass display case, hinting at the twilight air outside. The chair remains empty, waiting for salon wear, its polished surface reflecting the ceiling lights in sharp, distorted lines. Shadows stretch unnaturally from the chair base, angling upward and inward toward the light sources instead of away. This impossible geometry defies physics, yet the texture of the wet glass and the matte finish of the plastic seat remain grounded in reality. The floor tiles reflect the inverted darkness, anchoring the surreal visual within the concrete space.
