Rain slicks the glass, reflecting the low-hanging clouds and the polished commercial alertness of the empty mall exterior. Inside the drawer, a single red velvet cloth rests against brass tools. Behind this immediate foreground, hundreds of identical drawers duplicate into an impossible grid, stretching endlessly into the background. The repetition creates a mirrored composition where the wet street surface reflects the infinite rows of red velvet. Sharp edges define each duplicated unit, maintaining spatial legibility despite the impossible scale. at the edge is a single water droplet clinging to the corner of the nearest drawer frame.
