A damp London street corner glistens under the cool, flat light of early morning, where a red post box stands beside a wet pavement reflecting the muted grey sky. Near the base of a brick wall, a colorful, slightly battered tiffin tin rests on a yellow door mat, its metal surface beaded with fresh raindrops. Beside it, a small basket holds a few scattered items, including a wooden hand plane and a ceramic bowl with visible hairline crazing, left out to dry or perhaps forgotten by a passing resident.
