Ski Tracks Across Arctic Summer Slopes Near Turku

Low winter light breaks through heavy gray clouds to illuminate a vast expanse of powder snow near Turku. Fresh ski tracks carve zigzagging lines across the white surface, their shadows stretching long and sharp against the undulating terrain. The ground rises in gentle terraced hillsides that recede into a hazy horizon where the sun sits just above the edge of the world. A thin layer of frost rests on the snow grains, catching the pale glow while the rest of the slope remains in cool blue shadow. The texture of the untouched powder contrasts with the compressed ridges of the ski paths, creating a rhythmic pattern that leads toward the distant, muted mountains.
