Low-hanging wet-season clouds blanket the Dakar sky as the sun dips below the horizon behind a roadside stop near Sandaga Market. A skateboarder forms a sharp black silhouette against the fading golden light, balancing on a metal rail with intense focus. The worm's-eye perspective emphasizes the height of the rail and the skater's raised body against the darkening atmosphere. Dust kicks up from the concrete surface where the wheels make contact.
