Skateboarder Grinding Concrete Coping on Mountain Path

Steel-blue evening light washes over a rugged mountain path where a skateboarder balances on the edge of a concrete pool coping. Late summer heat lingers in the air, though a thin layer of light fog softens the distant treeline. The skater leans forward, knees bent, grinding along the rough gray edge. Below, the path slopes steeply into shadow, while above, the sky holds a deep, cool hue. Dust kicks up slightly from the board's wheels. The concrete surface shows wear from use, its texture rough against the smooth metal trucks. Shadows stretch long across the ground, defining the steep drop-off beside the path. One patch of green moss rests on the far side of the coping.
