Shop Window in Dubrovnik

Under the amber wash of a sodium streetlamp, a narrow stone alley in Dubrovnik reveals a small family-run shop window glowing with warm interior light. Inside, a baker’s hands are visible in the lower right, using heavy kitchen tongs to transfer a tray of golden, olive-shaped pastries onto a cooling rack, the metal glinting against the rough, white-washed plaster walls. To the left, dark ivy vines climb the exterior stone, their leaves catching the cool blue spill of a nearby neon sign, creating a textural contrast between the organic green and the hard masonry.
