Sea Fog Creeping Into Sydney Harbor at Dawn

Thick white fog rolls across the dark water surface, obscuring the lower hulls of moored boats while leaving their masts visible against the sky. Fast-moving cloud bands streak overhead in a deep blue winter sky, casting long shadows across the harbor. Rim light catches the upper edges of the fog, creating a glowing white border that separates the mist from the dark water below. The scene reveals layers of depth as the fog thins in the distance, revealing faint outlines of distant hills and harbor infrastructure. Cold gray tones dominate the water and steel structures, against the bright white of the fog and the pale blue of the clear sky above. The water surface remains smooth, reflecting the soft light without ripples.
