Sodium vapor light casts a warm, orange haze across the stage floor where a saxophonist stands in sharp silhouette. The musician holds a brass instrument high, their form cut against a deepening blue backdrop that marks the last light of evening. Behind the performer, the dry season air hangs heavy, visible as a soft, humid haze diffusing the distant city lights of Mar Mikhael. The stage structure frames the figure on the right third, leaving the left side open to the fading sky. Reflections of the orange glow shimmer on the polished metal of the saxophone bell, while the dark outline of the performer contrasts with the cool blue gradient rising above the stage rigging.
