Honey-colored daylight from the setting sun falls through rain-streaked glass onto a stainless steel measuring-weight rail inside a Harare storefront. Droplets rest on the front pane, blurring the view of polished metal hooks and hanging fabric samples. The cool season air settles over the quiet room, casting muted reflections of the rail across the glossy floor tiles. Strong leading lines formed by the rail guide toward the shop's interior, where commercially useful retail specificity takes precedence over decoration. The wet window frame catches the low light, highlighting the texture of the rain against the clear glass while the metal rail gleams with a cold, prepared sharpness. A faint reflection of the door frame appears on the polished floor at the edge of the frame.
