Zinc shutters on a workshop are half-open, revealing a cluttered interior where a pair of worn work gloves rests on a wooden bench beside a metal spool box. A brass bottle opener hangs from a nail, catching the diffuse light. Outside, the cobblestones reflect the muted colors of the surrounding buildings. A small table fan sits unused on a ledge, coated in a fine layer of dust that mixes with the wetness of the air. The quiet pause of a craftsman's day beginning after a shower.
