Potted Succulents in Mumbai

A cluster of small potted succulents sits on a sun-warmed stone balcony ledge in Mumbai, their fleshy green leaves catching the late afternoon light. The warm glow highlights the textured surfaces of the rosette-shaped plants, against the rough, weathered concrete of the railing beneath them. A few scattered dry leaves and a faint dusting of city grime rest among the pots, at the base of the scene in the busy urban environment. The shadows stretch long and soft across the stone, showing the quiet stillness of this small patch of greenery.
