Pale Blue Flax Blooms After Rain in Vitarte Meadow

Soft gray light falls through a thin veil of falling rain, illuminating a dense cluster of pale blue flax flowers in full bloom. Each slender stem bends slightly under the weight of tiny water droplets that rest on the delicate petals and fuzzy green sepals. The background dissolves into a blur of damp earth and muted green foliage, showing the sharp focus on the foreground flora. Wet soil patches glisten between the stems, reflecting the overcast sky. The cool season air leaves the leaves with a glossy sheen, while the rain creates a fine, continuous mist that softens the edges of the blue blossoms against the dark, saturated ground. One droplet hangs precariously from the tip of a lower leaf.
