Onigiri Nori Wrapped Rice Evening Window Light

Three triangular onigiri sit on a white ceramic plate, each bound by dark green nori that adheres to the sticky white rice grains. Honeyed evening sunlight streams through the window, pooling golden reflections across the smooth ceramic surface and the wooden table beside it. The wet season air hangs heavy outside the glass, blurring the green foliage in the background. Warm light catches the moisture on the rice, casting soft shadows along the curved rim of the plate. A small drop of condensation rests on the edge of the nori wrapping near the front corner.
