Mountain Biker Jumps Forest Trail Near Lhasa

Bright winter sunlight floods a high-altitude forest clearing near Lhasa, illuminating a mountain biker suspended mid-air against a backdrop of snow-dusted pine branches. The rider leans forward over the handlebars, knees bent, as the bike's tires leave a dusty trail behind. Snow rests on the rough bark of the surrounding trees and patches the uneven ground below. Wind whips loose strands of hair across the rider's face and ruffles the fabric of their winter jacket. The low angle emphasizes the height of the jump, making the forest floor appear distant and the rider dominant against the pale sky. A spray of loose dirt and small ice crystals hangs in the air near the rear tire.
