Moonrise Over Catalan Harbor Midnight Reflection

Cold silver light washes the calm harbor waters, turning the surface into a flawless mirror beneath a late autumn sky. Several sailboats rest quietly at their moorings, their masts casting thin, dark vertical lines against the pale glow of the rising moon. The water holds a deep indigo hue where the moonlight does not touch, while the hulls reflect the bright orb with soft, shimmering edges. A stone causeway frames the left side, its rough texture against the glassy sea. Above, the sky remains perfectly clear and starless, focusing all attention on the luminous circle and its symmetrical reflection below. The reflection of the moon’s rim touches the water’s surface exactly where the real moon hangs.
