Long Olive Shadows in Sydney Orchard

Hard coastal glare cuts across the dusty ground of a Sydney orchard, stretching elongated shadows from olive trees toward the foreground. Wooden orchard ladders lean against silver-barked trunks while stacked crates interrupt the earth-toned rows. Low-hanging clouds soften the bright morning light just enough to keep shadow edges sharp without eliminating them. The soil appears dry and pale, textured with small stones and scattered leaves. Layers of depth recede as the rows of trees diminish into the distance where the grey sky meets the horizon. A ladder leg rests on the dusty earth at the edge of the frame.
