Ladder Leaning Into Peach Branches Heavy With Fruit

Golden evening light washes the wooden rungs of an orchard ladder leaning steeply against a peach tree. Heavy branches bow under clusters of ripe, fuzzy fruit glowing in orange and red tones. Below, metal crates and other ladders rest on damp earth. Ground fog pools in the hollows between the rows, softening the base of the trunks. The low angle frames the branches against a dimming sky. Weathered wood shows signs of use against the soft texture of green leaves. One peach hangs low, its shadow falling sharply on the bark beneath it.
