Kettle on Stove in Jalandhar Yurt Atrium

Deep shadows swallow the vaulted atrium while a thin rim of evening light outlines the curved walls of the Jalandhar yurt. A metal camping kettle sits centered on a small stove, its surface reflecting the humid air that hangs heavy after rain. Condensation beads along the kettle's flared spout and drips onto the dark floor. The mirrored composition forms when the kettle's polished body catches the faint glow from the vaulted ceiling, creating a second, inverted image below. Late autumn leaves press against the translucent fabric walls outside, their muted browns visible through the semi-transparent material. The metal rim of the stove reflects the soft, cool light, at the base of the stillness in a tangible, quiet moment.
