Rich amber sunset light spills across a wet cobblestone square in Trier, illuminating the rapid motion of an Irish step dancer's feet. The rain creates a glossy sheen on the ancient stones, reflecting the warm glow and the blurred blur of hard-soled shoes striking the ground in quick succession. Early spring moisture rests on the hem of a dark kilt, while the dancer's legs blur slightly from speed.
