Icebreaker Convoy on Oslo Causeway Winter Morning

Steel hulls of icebreakers march in tight formation along a snow-covered causeway extending toward the horizon. Soft, diffused light from a low winter sun flattens the shadows across the gray water and white ice. Gentle snowflakes fall steadily, coating the deck railings and piling up against the bow structures. The massive vessels dominate the frame, their dark metal against the pale, overcast sky.
