Hollyhock Alley in Glass Arcade Near Ningbo

Tall hollyhock stalks rise in a dense row beneath a curved glass roof, their pink and white petals catching the soft, diffused light of early morning. The structure features arched metal supports and transparent panels that frame a sky heavy with dramatic, textured clouds. Dry season air leaves the green leaves crisp and the ground covered in fallen brown petals. Shadows stretch gently across the stone path, showing depth along the corridor. The glass panels reflect the gray tones of the clouds above, merging the sky with the garden floor. A cluster of unopened buds hangs low on the rightmost stalk, its tight green tip against the open blooms nearby.
