Grape Leaf Dolma on Ceramic Plate by Window

North-window sidelight spills across a tightly cropped ceramic plate holding a cluster of dolma wrapped in vibrant green grape leaves. The leaves display visible veins and slight translucency where the early afternoon sun strikes them, against the deep olive oil sheen on their surfaces. Each rolled cylinder rests against its neighbor, creating a dense, textured arrangement that fills the frame. The white ceramic rim curves gently at the bottom edge, catching a soft highlight. Behind the food, a blurred window frame suggests the Stavanger setting, while the cool, directional light casts subtle shadows between the rolls, defining their cylindrical shapes and the delicate texture of the leaves. A small drop of condensation rests on the rim near the corner.
