The dish rests on a rough-textured table surface directly before a bright window. Pale walls reflect soft, indirect sunlight into the room, illuminating floating dust particles that drift in the air. The light catches the sheen on the noodles and the uneven glaze of the ceramic rim. Small variations in the plate's thickness and the casual arrangement of the vegetables suggest a humble, homemade meal prepared for a midday pause in Abidjan.
