Grain Auger Silhouette at Sunset in Awka Orchard

Last light before nightfall paints the humid air with deep oranges and bruised purples. A grain auger stands in sharp silhouette against the fading horizon, its metal ribs and motor housing defined by the backlight. Raindrops hang suspended in the dimming air, glistening on the corrugated steel of the adjacent storage bin. Wooden orchard ladders lean haphazardly nearby, their rungs dark and wet. Stacked crates form a rough wall behind the machinery, soaked by the season's light drizzle. The ground reflects the sky's dying glow, turning the mud into a dark mirror. Water beads roll down the auger's curved chute, trailing off the edge in a thin, continuous line.
