Goat Kidding Kit Shelf Wet Concrete Evening

Deep blue twilight washes over a weathered wooden shelf holding a newborn goat kit beside a wet concrete lane. The kit, small and damp, rests in a shallow depression of the wood, its fur dark against the pale grain. Rim light traces the edge of the shelf and the wet concrete surface, highlighting scattered boot prints that press into the gray stone. Low-hanging clouds obscure the sky, casting a uniform, cool shadow across the feedlot lane in Uttarakhand. The concrete shows signs of age with cracks and stains, while the wood bears the marks of constant use. one drop of water rests on the corner of the shelf, reflecting the dim blue light.
