Fez Nickel Latch Catching Light

A heavy iron latch hangs on a weathered cedar door within a narrow Fez alleyway during the clear afternoon light. The metal surface is dull with age, but a small patch catches the direct sun, revealing a hint of nickel beneath the patina. Beside the doorframe, a small section of blue-painted stucco shows cracks where the plaster has begun to flake away from the wall. Dust motes dance in the beam of light that falls across the threshold, highlighting the rough texture of the wooden planks.
