Glowing arcs of pink and teal light fracture across a dark, wet surface inside a covered harbor structure. The water acts as a mirror, duplicating the circular spokes of a Ferris wheel into a symmetrical, abstract pattern of neon streaks. Rain-slicked metal railings run along the edges, reflecting the same electric hues in sharp, linear highlights. The deep night outside is invisible, leaving only the suspended geometry of the lights and their inverted counterparts. Smooth, dark water fills the lower half of the frame, while the rigid, painted steel beams of the fort's interior architecture frame the glowing chaos above. One bright reflection of a bulb rests on a puddle near the bottom edge.
