Embryo Transfer Box on Kyrgyzstan Reed Bed

A weathered white equipment box labeled for embryo transfer rests on damp earth at the edge of a swaying reed bed in Kyrgyzstan. Early morning overcast light flattens the scene, highlighting the texture of worn plastic and the rust on the metal latches. Wind whips the tall, golden-brown reeds, creating a blur of motion against the still, heavy box. Scattered dry leaves and insect-nibbled stems lie in the foreground, caught in the gusts. The box rests on a sleeping pad partially buried in the mud, separating the sterile medical supplies from the rugged terrain.
