A wet Valencia street corner glows under the amber spill of a streetlamp as light rain softens the evening. A small bakery window, steamed from the heat inside, displays a row of churros on a metal rack, their golden crusts glistening. Outside, a passerby in a translucent yellow raincoat pauses, holding a paper cone of fresh pastries, steam rising in the cool dusk air. The reflection of a distant tram line streaks across the wet pavement, mixing with the neon sign of a nearby café. A quiet, candid moment of daily life, where the warmth of the food contrasts with the chill of the rain-soaked city.
