Cold silver dawn light falls across a weathered orange safety reel mounted on a temporary steel frame. The reel sits beside the exposed concrete columns of a building shell in Kuala Terengganu. Rain-slicked mud coats the lower steel legs, while fine white concrete dust and reddish sawdust drift through the air. The metal surface shows deep scratches and patches of dried grime. Damp earth rests on the base of the structure. A thin film of moisture glistens on the reel's casing. Dust motes hang suspended in the low, gray light. The orange paint peels slightly near the mounting bracket, revealing gray metal underneath. The scene remains still under the heavy, wet morning sky.
