The trunk's black lacquer surface reflects the coins and the vase, creating distorted mirror images that ripple across the curved wood grain. Early spring sunbeams highlight the rough texture of the aged leather straps and the subtle cracks in the ceramic glaze. The composition remains minimalist, focusing on the quiet stillness of objects resting in the warm, golden shafts of light.
