Cardigan Draped in Beirut

A winter noon scene shows a narrow Beirut street where cold light falls on a wrought-iron balcony railing. A thick, faded cardigan, likely wool, is draped casually over the bars, its sleeve hanging down to reveal a glimpse of a blue and white porcelain jar sitting on the ledge behind it. Below, the rough limestone facade of the building shows signs of age and salt stains. A few scattered flower petals, perhaps from a nearby tree, lie on the wet pavement, against the dry, textured fabric above.
