A metal milk bucket stands tilted against the hutch ledger, its surface catching a sharp rim of pale light that cuts through the darkness. The wooden planks of the hutch show weathered gray tones, while the ledger clipped to the door frame remains dark and unreadable. Rim light traces the curve of the calves' ribs and the rough texture of their damp coats. The enclosure details remain visible against the night, highlighting the practical arrangement of the livestock shelter.
