Neon-blue ambient light washes over a wooden blanket chest positioned at the foot of a bed within a timber-frame room. The cool season air is suggested by the heavy grain of the dark wood and the muted tones of the surrounding beams. A crackling fireplace nearby casts a warm, flickering glow that contrasts with the deep blue shadows filling the corners of the space. Soft reflections shimmer on the polished surface of the chest and the smooth floorboards, showing the movement of the fire without obscuring the grain. The overhead perspective reveals the precise joinery of the timber walls and the rectangular form of the chest resting against the bed frame. A final strip of orange firelight traces the edge of the wooden lid.
