Bark and Slabs on Sawmill Conveyor in Kathmandu

Pale wood slabs and rough bark pile along a metal conveyor belt inside a welding bay near Ason in Kathmandu. Early winter soft light falls through the space, illuminating the damp surfaces where a light drizzle has settled on the floor. The metal structure shows signs of heavy labor, with rust and oil stains marking the machinery. A Dutch angle tilt shifts the perspective, making the conveyor slope sharply across the frame. The bark pieces vary in texture, from smooth, pale wood to dark, fibrous outer layers. Water droplets rest on the metal edges, catching the midmorning glow. The background reveals scattered tools and welding equipment, at the base of the scene in an active industrial workspace.
