Wool Coat in Sydney

A dark grey wool coat hangs from a curved iron hook mounted on the weathered timber wall of a Sydney laneway shed. Light rain streaks the glass window behind the garment, blurring the distant city lights into soft bokeh circles. The fabric absorbs the damp air, its texture appearing heavier and more saturated under the dim, cool evening glow. Water droplets rest on the rough surface of the wooden peg rails above, catching the faint reflection of the streetlamp.
