A white Komondor stands centered in the frame, its heavy corded coat hanging in thick, rope-like strands that obscure most of the body. The dog's dark muzzle and expressive eyes emerge from the mass of white fur, set against a plain, pale courtyard wall. Early morning mist softens the light, casting a cool, diffused glow over the scene while dramatic, heavy clouds loom overhead. The animal's ears are set low and folded, blending into the textured waves of the hair. Bare ground surrounds the base of the wall, showing the starkness of the winter season. The 24mm lens shows the intimate scale of the dog's head and shoulders filling the view, showing the unique texture of the cords against the smooth, gray surface of the wall.
