Inside the cramped cabin, a vendor in a rain-slicked jacket uses a wrench to tighten a loose bolt on a stainless steel prep table, the metal reflecting the warm glow of interior task lights. Beside him, a threadbare cushion on a stool shows signs of heavy use, while a magazine rack filled with local transit maps and coffee guides sits precariously on a shelf.
