Thatched Cottage Roses City Lights Dusk

Sodium-vapor light washes a tiled stair hall in a warm, orange haze, illuminating a small thatched-roof cottage model positioned near the center. Climbing roses with deep red blooms cascade over the cottage door, their petals catching the artificial glow against the rough texture of the straw roof. The tiles beneath show a grid of muted grays and browns, against the vibrant organic shapes above. Dramatic, heavy clouds are visible through the window opening, suggesting an early autumn evening as city lights begin to flicker in the distance. One shadow falls sharply across the lower tiles, at the base of the structure in the immediate space.
