Under the harsh, shadowless glare of flat noon light, a street-side tea stall in Casablanca reveals a chaotic workspace where daily ritual meets industrial utility. A chipped enamel wash basin, stained with years of mint tea and city dust, sits precariously on a metal crate beside a darkened grout line that has absorbed decades of moisture. An iron hook, bent from heavy use, dangles from a corrugated tin roof, holding a cluster of aluminum tea tins that reflect the blinding sky. Nearby, a worn drum brush rests against a stack of ceramic tiles, its bristles matted with grime, while a glass cloche covers a plate of msemen, trapping the steam against the heat.
