Card stock sheets, wet buckets, cutter tins, cable locks, and handled plastic containers line the surface, their labels readable under mixed retail fluorescents. Refrigerated spill cools the edges, creating a faint sheen on the metal. Outside, twilight deepens the cooling street light, settling into the corners with lamplight. The symmetrical arrangement of practical merchandising items creates a calm, organized scene. The reflection of the fluorescent tubes stretches across the wet bucket surface.
