A Slovakian Wirehaired Pointer stands alert on the weathered wooden boards of a shaded front porch in Ahvaz, its wiry coat texture sharply defined against the dim interior. The dog's distinct muzzle shape and folded ears catch the low golden light filtering through the gap between the roof and the horizontal railings at eye level. Low-hanging clouds diffuse the horizon light, wrapping the animal's textured fur in warm amber tones while deep shadows stretch across the plank surface. The turn of seasons is visible in the dry, sparse vegetation peeking through gaps in the porch structure. Fine dust settles on the rough wood grain near the dog's front legs, illuminated by the shafts of fading sun. A brass door knocker on the nearby wall reflects the last bright glint of the day.
