A slender Sloughi stands centered on a stone-tiled porch, its short fawn coat catching a sharp rim of indigo light against the deepening shadow. The dog's distinct wedge-shaped muzzle and large, folded ears are clearly defined by the low-angle illumination. Behind the animal, the background reveals a meticulously clipped grass yard bordered by a traditional Suzhou lattice window, rendered with surprising sharpness despite the dim conditions. Low-hanging clouds obscure the sky, casting a uniform, cool gray tone over the scene. The foreground tiles show subtle wear and texture, leading toward the poised canine. A faint reflection of the evening sky glimmers on the smooth stone surface near the dog's paws.
