Under the flat glare of noon, a worker in a high-visibility vest maneuvers a manual pallet jack through a narrow aisle of a Singaporean logistics warehouse. The space is defined by rows of tall metal shelving stacked with shrink-wrapped pallets of goods, their plastic surfaces reflecting the harsh overhead strip lights. Concrete floors show signs of heavy use with scuff marks and tire tracks. The worker pauses briefly to adjust a load, surrounded by the industrial infrastructure typical of Singapore's central business district supply chains. The raw, functional reality of the city's logistical backbone without any decorative staging or artificial softening.
